Innovation Night “Défi d’une alimentation responsable pour un futur durable’’
Every year, towards the aim of promoting entrepreneurship and innovation among EPFL students and on the campus, the Forum EPFL organizes the Innovation Night.
For the second year in a row, the Innovation Night will tackle the topic of sustainability and more specifically the challenges of responsible food.
Although the health condition is improving, the event will be held online, on Hopin, in order to offer as much interaction as possible.
The night will be punctuated by the talks of speakers and experts, committed in various projects related to the development of a more responsible food model for our future. Several perspectives will be introduced in order to rise awareness among the participants about the solutions which can be deployed in the future.
This event will be ended by a workshop, along which an insect-based food tasting will be possible for the most motivated ones!
